Pricing and ordering
The price list states the prices excluding VAT and the recommended retail prices including VAT. However, we reserve the right to make adjustments in the event of any price changes from suppliers or otherwise. This will be announced well in advance via email or the website.
When ordering samples, an administration and shipping fee will be added. Orders are placed via the "Order" website.
After receiving your order, we will send you a confirmation that the order has been received. By accepting our terms and conditions when ordering products from us, you also accept our privacy policy.
Ordering conditions
Payment can be made either by invoice or card/internet bank. Payment outside Sweden can only be made by agreement. When paying by card, we never take part in your card number, but it is handled in the safest possible way for you as a customer via the card companies. Payment must be received by us within 20 days at the latest. A delivery note is included in the package upon delivery. Do not forget to include your organization number, delivery address, telephone number and contact person when ordering.
Care of Scandinavia reserves the right to conduct a credit check and demand advance payment in the event that Care of Scandinavia deems the credit risk to be too high.
Reminder fee
If payment via invoice is not made after the due date, a new invoice will be sent with a reminder fee of SEK 60 and up. If payment is not made, the invoice will be forwarded to debt collection.
Delivery time
Provided that the item is in stock, we will dispatch your order as soon as possible, 1-10 working days from the date of receipt. We cooperate with well-known shipping companies and choose the option that is cheapest for you. Shipping is calculated by weight, alternatively volume. Prices range from 90 SEK and up. As our handmade products are manufactured in small batches, it can take about 2 to 4 weeks for delivery if the item is not in stock, so be sure to order in good time.
Grounds for exemption
Care of Scandinavia is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond Care of Scandinavia's control, such as technical problems, fire, strike, changed government regulations or similar. These circumstances shall constitute grounds for exemption from damages and other penalties. Should any such situation arise, Care of Scandinavia will inform you both at the beginning and at the end of the period of the current situation. If the extenuating circumstance exists for longer than two months, both you and Care of Scandinavia have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.
Returns and complaints
Should the product be defective or incorrect, please contact Care of Scandinavia before returning the products no later than 5 days from the date of receipt. The product must be in perfect condition and in unopened packaging. This is very important considering that the company's range consists of natural cosmetics and intimate products. We recommend that the products are stored at normal room temperature and not in direct sunlight. The terms of use shall be interpreted and regulated by Swedish law. Any dispute arising from the parties' agreement shall ultimately be settled by a Swedish general court.

What is your return policy?
You have 30 days to return an unused item in its original condition with packaging. For returns within the EU, use the enclosed shipping label, outside the EU, contact customer service.
When will I receive my order?
You will receive your order within 1–10 business days if the item is in stock. If it needs to be manufactured or is temporarily out of stock, delivery may take up to 2–4 weeks. In the event of unexpected delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Where are your products manufactured?
Care of Scandinavia was founded by hairdressers in Örebro and primarily offers its own brand Hairo , where the products are handmade in Sweden - with organic ingredients, on a small scale and with a focus on quality and the environment.
In addition to their own products, they have selected other quality brands from the hairdressing world – these are also manufactured in the Nordics, often by well-known hairdressers who prioritize natural and sustainable ingredients.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs start from SEK 59. If you choose to pick up your order in our store, it will be completely free of charge.
